Beautiful Traditionally Spanish family holiday Villa set in the rural countryside of Bixquert, Xativa. Completely self contained with fitted new kitchen, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board etc. Lounge with dining area all furnished with traditional Spanish furnishing and complete with Satellite TV, DVD & music system. Outdoor covered terrace with dining area. 2 Bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twin sleeping 8. Again all rooms are furnished with traditional Spanish furnishings giving the villa a lovely 'real Spanish' feel. Outside the landscaped gardens are laid to terraces and lawns with seating areas and views over the beautiful Valencian countryside. The private pool is surrounded by mediterranean plants and shrubs making it perfect for that 'all over tan'. The property is within 5 minutes drive of the popular and historic Castle and town of Xativa and only 40 mins from the City of Valencia. The Saler Golf course is on 40 mins drive as is Oliva Nova Golf. The resorts of Benidorm (1.5hrs) and Javea (1hr) are also within easy access. The location is peaceful and tranquil but within easy access of the nightlife of Xativa town and the surrounding villages and with only a 35 min drive to the award winning beaches of Tavernes or Gandia this villa offers the best of both worlds. |

Many fiestas are held locally in this unspoilt region of Spain, the largest being August, where there is a large market and fair with fairground rides etc that runs through the centre of the town famous for hundreds of years as the biggest, March 16-19 Las Fallas, where large effigies are burnt in the streets and there are huge firework displays and January 5th (evening) the Three Kings is a large carnival type procession where sweets are thrown from the passing procession to the children and again it is accompanied by grand firework displays. During the whole year there are many other fiestas these are just the biggest ones.
