The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has the benefit of Sky television as well as the usual modern conveniences. The kitchen and dining area are finished and equipped to a particularly high standard suitable for the truly discerning. The apartment is in a fantastically developed range of privately owned properties. Properties have the advantage of spectacular views of tropical gardens which are attended to daily by gardeners. There is a large swimming pool in the first phase and several other beautiful pools scattered throughout the development, some with jacuzzis. Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in Marbella where a car is not essential. It's a short stroll to the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre, which houses a number of quality restaurants and shops. The harbour is also a short walk away, beside which are located a number of exclusive shops and restaurants offering a range of the most delicious food that can be found in the south of spain. |
