This large 3 bed duplex penthouse has amazing wrap around terraces (front and back) on two levels, 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (1 walk-in), 2 bathrooms, seperate utility room.
Phase 1 properties are much larger and better situated than later phases - plus as a early investor I could hand pick my unit - it's the best and biggest in Duquesa Village.
The development is only 3 stories high - designed with traditional Andalucian features.
Duquesa Village has been built with very high specifications (marble floors/tiling, spa bath, aircon, granite surfaces, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, built-in wardrobes etc).
All bedrooms are very large, has two underground parking spaces, and is surrounded by green landscaped gardens (over 700 palm trees have been planted), a tennis court & large pools
Apatment has been furnished to a very high standard and comes with large LCD TV and sky free to view channels.

The penthouse enjoys a secluded position by vineyards, orange groves, cork trees and golf course, with sea and mountain views and easy access to the beach, modern facilities.
LOCATION - Puerto de la Duquesa is an unspoilt part of Andalucia in a great location, close to the North African coast, and offers all year sun (it is on the same latitude as California).
GOLF - In addition to bordering established championship golf course (designed by Robert Trent Jones) there are 21 golf courses within a 20 mins drive, including Valderrama.
3 more golf courses are planned within 5 mins from the apartments (and a five star hotel by Haytt). Plus Disney are rumoured to be looking fo a site nearby for a new resort.
WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE - cosmopolitan Duquesa marina with bars, over 30 restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks etc, 8 kms of well equiped (showers, life guards, deck chairs) uncrowded EU blue flag beaches, Il Castello a traditional fishing village, with local fish restaurants, sports facilities, children's playground and 18th century castle.

ACCESS - Thanks to THREE low cost airports within an hour's drive (Malaga,Gibraltar and Jerez) and two new highways La Duquesa is cheap and easy to get to.
My last visit, for example, cost £50 return and the door to door journey from St Albans took only 4 and a half hours - leaving home at 7am and arriving in Duquesa for coffee at 11.30am.

NEVER GET BORED - Only 5 mins drive to traditional unspoilt Andalusian mountain white towns and ancient Roman baths. Caseras and Manilva are too small for tourist buses and enjoy authentic tapas bars and local character.
Only 10mins to the Spanish beach resort of Estepona, Swelo (largest natural wildlife park in Europe) & the marina and polo fields of Sotogrande.
20mins to the glamour of Puerto Banus/ Marbella or the tax free shopping and apes of Gibraltar.
30 mins to waterparks and the Tivoli World theme park.
40mins to the picturesque hill top town of Ronda, the Picasso Museum in Malaga or the laid back surfing capital of Tarifa.
1hr to historic Jerez, Cadiz or to visit North Africa (via ferry) for an exotic day trip.
2hrs to Seville, 2.5hrs to Grenada, 3hrs to ski-ing in the Sierra Nevada!
