Come and enjoy the beautiful Island of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. Our Property overlooks the 18th Tee Box of Fuerteventura Golf Course
This 3 bed air conditioned duplex property is situated on the Golf Resort, Fuerteventura.
Enjoy breakfast on the balcony while taking in the breathtaking views over the 18th tee box, golf course and onwards towards the sea.
The property is ideally situated just 15 minutes from Fuerteventura Airport and 25 minutes from the capital, Puerto del Rosario.
The lively resort of Caleta de Fuste with is shops, pubs,restaurants and very safe man-made beach is 2 kms away.
"Casa Aloha" is just a short stroll from the Clubhouse which is located in the nearby 5* Elba Palace Hotel. A communal swimming pool is located just 150 meters from the property.
This is your opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. We can arrange for Airport pick-up and you get a complimentery welcome pack on arrival.
The property provides comfortable accommodation for up to six people. The upstairs has two bedrooms and bathroom while the downstairs contains 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living/dining area. All bed linen/towels provided.
The upstairs master bedroom has a spacious 180 cm double bed. A built in wardrobe provides ample storage facilities. A safe deposit box has also been installed in this room for peace of mind. The balcony with patio table and chairs which leads off the bedroom has beautiful views overlooking the golf course and out towards the sea and is ideal for al fresco breakfasts
The spacious bathroom is fully equipped with bath/shower, wc, bidet and whb. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobe. The balcony with patio table and chairs affords an uninterrupted view of the mountains and Fuerteventura's lunar-like landscape. Enjoy a cool drink while watching the sun set behind the hills.
Downstairs can be found the modern and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Here you will find fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Full crockery, glassware and cutlery provided.
The living/dining area is a chill out room with a comfortable couch, coffee table, TV/DVD with Satellite TV showing BBC 1 & 2, ITV and Channel 4 as well as local channels. There is a CD/Tape music system for your enjoyment. Dining table and chairs are also provided but with Fuerteventura's beautiful weather, a table and chairs are provided on the spacious terrace for al fresco dining.
The outside terrace is large and ideal for sunbathing or impromptu entertaining.
