New 3 bedroom garden apartment in Dunas Green, a luxury development between Estepona and San Pedro. The complex is divided into 6 blocks in a semi circle around an 'olympic sized' swimming pool and gardens. It is not overlooked so there is a great feeling of space in the grounds. It is within walking distance of the the beach and close to over a dozen golf courses in the area including Los Flamingos, Gualdalmina , El Paraiso, Atalaya. Monte Mayor and Marbella ClubOnly 50 minutes from Malaga Airport. There are two 'short' tennis courts in this gated complex of 65 apartments. The famous Selwo Park Nature Reserve is short distance away. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance, and all along the N340 towards San Pedro, while, Puerto Banus with its prestigious yacht harbour is only 10 minutes drive away - Marbella and Estepona are 15 minutes drive. There is allocated covered parking adjacent to the apartment. We do midweek bookings (especially Tuesdays) for cheaper flights. |
