Calahonda is right in the heart of the Costa Del Sol's "Golf Valley" and the apartment is in an EXCELLENT location for very easy and quick access to all the major golf courses of this area.
The apartment is on a secure gated complex with 4 POOLS in landscaped gardens, private underground parking, direct lift and is fully air/heat conditioned.
The very large 'wrap around' terrace is a HIGHLIGHTED FEAUTURE. It is south facing (sun all day) affords an excellent sea view and is equipped with sun beds, drinks table, large dining table, chairs and parasol, large built in BBQ and a 3 piece terrace suite and coffee table for you to relax on in the evening as you watch the sun go down. The terrace can be accessed through patio doors in the master bedroom, lounge and from the dining area which is set beneath a feature dome with contemporary lighting.
Inside the apartment you will find it VERY WELL EQUIPPED with home from home comforts, modern and spacious with lovely sea views from the lounge, master bedroom and second bedroom. Two 3 seater cream leather settees (one of which is a double bed settee allowing the apartment to sleep up to 8 people), SAT TV with your favorite English channels plus a DVD player and large assortment of films will help you relax in the evening. Rental rates are based on an occupancy of 6 people, over occupancy, up to a maximum of 8 people carry a supplement of £50 per person, per week.
Change over days are negotiable.
Mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional 55 Euros.
