Alberto 39 is a two storey property on the much sought after Resort of Villacana. The house is close to the beach and the main pool area. There is a patio to the rear and a small lawn to the front. Both are hedged with hibiscus, trees and shrubs.
The patio is furnished with sunbeds, dining facilities for up to six and a parasol. There is a large built in BBQ and a tumble dryer. The upstairs bedroom is a twin with sliding doors to a balcony with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, very small bath, WC and basin. The downstairs bedroom is a double with a full bathroom ensuite. Sliding doors give access to the rear patio.The kitchen also has sliding doors giving access to the same patio. |
