The large lounge/Dining area has Sky TV, DVD (region 2) and Video recorder, CD Player and patio doors leading out onto a south west facing balcony which has rattan settee and chairs, overlooks the swimming pool and has views towards the Golf Course and beyond.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

The stairs lead up to the two bedrooms, the master bedroom having a king size bed and French doors leading out onto a small terrace and also overlooks the swimming pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and the large bathroom has twin washbasins and a bath with shower over.
