Booking Notes Should you wish we can hold a particular date for 24-hours whilst you book your flights. A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required on booking your holiday. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. An additional ?50 returnable deposit will also be required to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure to cover return of keys/breakages etc.
Change over day
Bookings are completely FLEXIBLE. Extra days are charged pro-ratio. Mid week to mid-week bookings are welcome. There is a discount for two or more weeks - please ask. Availability is from 3.00pm on arrival. Departure 10.00am.

Bedrooms:
1st bedroom with double bed.
2nd bedroom with twin beds.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet, wash hand basin.
Kitchen:
Four ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, ironing board and iron.
Living rooms:
Lounge/diner. Dining room with table & six chairs and welsh dresser. Lounge with patio doors leading onto balcony. 3-seater and 2-seater leather settee. TV/DVD/video and CD mini hifi.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
Towels and linen are included. Apartment cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Linen changed weekly. Bathroom cleaned weekly. Additional linen/cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

Outside
The apartment is a two-storey block. The apartments surround the private gardens and two pools which is for the use of the residents.(One large pool and a small childs pool). Sun beds are provided. There is a table and four chairs on the balcony of the apartment, which overlooks the gardens and pool and has sea views.
Coast/Beach
Distance from the apartment to the beach and buses is approximately 10 minutes. There are restaurants, beach bars,sunbeds and umbrellas available on the beach.

Malaga Airport a 30-minutes drive.
From the apartment to the beach and buses is approximately 10 minutes - walking around the pool and down the steps and has sunbeds/umbrellas available. There are beach bars and restaurants on, and within easy walk of, the beach.

Riviera del Sol
Sits on the coast midway between Marbella and Fuengirola. Riviera del Sol is situated only a few minutes drive from the new A7 motorway access and the national coast road the A7 (formerly the N-340), allowing access to Malaga Airport in 25 minutes. Riviera del Sol runs down to the beach and is adjacent to Calahonda.
Riviera del Sol is a mixed residential and holiday area enjoying every facility and services needed to enjoy life comfortably. Banks, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, chemist and a health centre are all at hand.
Riviera del Sol has its own golf course, golf school, tennis club, lawn bowls club and numerous golf courses and many other sports facilities are within 10 minutes drive.
Bus routes lead to all areas and there are bus stops either side of the A7 (N340) main road going to Marbell and Fuengirola. The new Costa del Sol Hospital is 10 minutes drive away.
The local restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets are within 10 minutes walk. Approximately 5 minutes from apartment is the Aztec Recreational Centre providing 6 tennis courts, 18 hole mini golf, large swimming pool, sun beds, bar,terrace, Italian and American restaurants, jacuzzi, fitness centre, beauty salon, internet centre, and excursions can be booked here. Fuengirola is 7.5 miles away. Easily accessible are: Mijas, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banus + Gibraltar.
