This is a 5***** DESIGNER FURNISHED luxurious ground floor apartment located literally on the beach at San Pedro. The apartment benefits from every conceivable extra and is quite luxurious throughout and on an exclusive development of just 80 apartments. The Bahia Alcantara community gardens were awarded best garden in the Competition of Gardens in Costa del Sol from the "Club De Jardineria de la Costa del Sol".
Large remote controlled wooden gates lead to underground parking with lift available, if needed, to take you to the ground floor.
The complex has 24 hour security.
The apartment has remote control air conditioning/heating and has a large lounge/dining area with seating for 6 and has extras such as wide screen satellite tv (including all BBC channels), dvd player together with wide selection of up to date dvd's, cd player/radio.
The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, with built in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge and freezer.
The bedrooms are a good size with fitted wardrobes and a safe is fitted within the master bedroom.
There are two marbled bathrooms both with a bath, power shower and bidet.The master bathroom also has a jacuzzi bath.
The apartment benefits from two terraces. One with dining facilites for up to 6 people. The other with sunbeds. In front of the terraces is a small private garden area which can be used for additional sunbathing.
The terraces and garden overlook the beautiful landscaped gardens and lake area.
There is a communal pool located approximately 40 metres from the apartment.
Along the beach there is a large walkway called the Passeo Maritim (promenade) which goes for miles.
San Pedro is very well served for excellent restaurants, shops and amenities all within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

The Marbella region of Andalucia’ s Costa Del Sol is centered around the towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, and is renowned as a particularly prestigious and up-market resort area on the coast between the mountains and the beautiful beaches in the southern-most part of Spain. Close by the beach are expensive developments of villas and apartments, while the valleys running up to the mountains are filled with beautiful golf courses.
There are over 30 golf courses in the nearby area, several of which are only five minutes away. There are several tennis ranches in the area.
The apartment is just 35 minutes by motorway from Malaga international airport or Gibralter, which has regular approx. two hour low cost direct flights to most of Europe.
Within easy day trip range are Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Gibraltar and Portugal, and also winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains. A 45 minute drive and an hour on the ferry even takes you to North Africa!
Marbella town itself has often been described as the St Tropez of Spain, and has a historical centre of quaint little lanes and shady marble paved squares full of pavement cafes, as well as exceptional and good value shopping, and with all major designers well represented. Above the beautiful sandy beach, the promenade here is the place to see and be seen.
Puerto Banus is based around a harbour full of the world’ s most exotic yachts, and the waterfront is lined with lively restaurants and bars where you can often spot the rich and famous who like to holiday in this area. The town is renowned for it’ s night life, and you can even do your shopping up to 2am!

Being as far south as you can get in mainland Europe and so close to North Africa, the weather is reliably rain free and hot in summer, and many people say that the shoulder seasons, being just a little cooler, are especially nice- and travel to the area (and playing golf here) is particularly popular at these times.
