This English owned bungalow offers "home from home" accommodation and is set in a residential community with approximately 40 similar style properties, mainly owned by spanish families. The walled garden with private SWIMMING POOL offers privacy with orange, lemon, peach, plum, satsuma and nisperro fruit trees. Traditional Spanish chimney style barbecue with seating areas in sunshine and shade. There is parking for 3 cars within the garden.
Inside the bungalow offers 3 double bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin-bedded rooms). The large, fully equipped kitchen includes hob and oven, fridge/freezer, micro-wave, toaster, coffee maker and seating.
The comfortable lounge/diner has satellite television with English programmes (including BBC, ITV, Channels 4 & 5), DVD.There is an open fireplace for chilly winter evenings together with further heating.
The large bathroom includes a full sized bath and heated towel rail.
Outside there is an undercover porch with seating and a utility store-room with washing machine.
An ironing-board and hairdryer are included and baby's travel cot and high-chair are available. |

The villa is ideally situated for easy access to the main road for travelling around the area. The nearest towns and beaches are about 7 minutes drive away. There are miles of unspoilt, sandy beaches along this coastline, which are mainly deserted apart from the months of July and August, when Spanish families spend their holidays here.
From this area, you can easily take trips to Gibraltar, Portugal and Morocco (ferry from Tarifa). Towns and cities such as Seville, Cadiz, Jerez, Ronda and Gibraltar are within easy reach. Further east you can also drive to Estepona, Marbella and Malaga - all within 2 1/2 hours drive. |

Surfing and kite-surfing nearby with the most southerly town of Tarifa with its host of surf and sports shops only half an hour away.
