La Barrosa is a small resort, with a long sandy European Blue Flag beach; it is a wide shallow beach, safe for children. From June to September, ?chiringuitos?, beach bars are erected on the beach itself. Along the sea front, there is a promenade with restaurants and bars and parallel with the beach, just 100m back is the main street with shops, banks and services. The accommodation here consists of low-rise apartment complexes and villas set amongst the native umbrella pines.
This is a newly furbished 2nd floor apartment, just 100m from La Barrosa beach. The apartment has a twin and double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a new kitchen and an open-plan living area opening onto a small south-facing balcony with table & chairs.
The development is set in spacious, secure gardens with a large communal supervised swimming pool. The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. Car parking spaces are located within the grounds and are accessed via an electric gate. More photos available on request.

linen/maid service: Towels, bed linen and beach towels are provided. The property is cleaned after each let. There are spare towels and bed linen in each room. Hairdryer also provided.

There is a 36-hole golf course designed by Ballesteros just behind Novo Sancti Petri, about a 10 minute drive from the villa, and the 9-hole Club de Golf Campano is located along the road to Algeciras just south of Chiclana.
