The recently finished apartment has three bedrooms, each with two single beds. The beds in each room can be fastened together to create one large double bed if required. The main bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom, with a second bathroom being shared by the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
Fully furnished, the apartment also provides a large sitting room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, SKY TV & DVD player. Leading from the lounge is a large covered balcony with outside table and chairs providing amazing views over the golf course. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge and washing machine. A safe deposit box is also installed.
The apartment can comfortably accomodate six occupants, or a snug eight if the sofa bed is also used. |

The golf club house is just 2 minutes away, and an ideal place to grab a coffee or beer during the day. The main town of Ayamonte is a 25 minute walk or short journey by car. Ayamonte is a traditional Spanish fishing town with many execelent resturants, bars, cafes and tapas bars.
Eight minutes drive in the opposite direction takes you to the Marina complex with a mix of Bars, resturants, hotels and shops. |
