The villa accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and French windows leading out onto a huge, secluded, sunbathing terrace with patio furniture.
There are 2 further twin bedrooms on the ground floor and a luxurious bathroom with corner bath and shower over.
The spacious lounge has large leather sofas, Sky TV, DVD, music facilities, feature marble fireplace and access out onto the shaded terrace area overlooking the pool.
The large kitchen is superbly equipped with black granite worksurfaces, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and ceiling fans.
A separate utility room with washing machine adjoins the kitchen.
Double doors lead out onto the enormous shaded dining terrace with table and chairs for 8, BBQ area and comfortable rattan occasional furniture.
There is also a football table to keep the children happy in the shade.
The large tiled courtyard terrace at ground level provides ample room for 8 loungers for sitting in the sun around the stunning mosaic tiled swimming pool which has roman steps and integral seating.
The mountain sunset views from the villa are amazing and with an average 3000 hours of sunshine per year there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Los Colorados is a sleepy little hamlet in the countryside of Antas and there are adequate facilities either onsite or within a 5 minute drive of the villa. The village of Antas has all ammenities with shops, bars, restaurants, banks and a chemist.
The seaside resort of Mojacar Playa is approximately 25 minutes drive with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa approximately 15 minutes away.
Almeria airport is approximately 45 minutes drive.
The famous Desert Springs Golf Resort is just 15 minutes drive and the championship Valle del Este Golf Resort is only 10 minutes drive from the villa.
There are many activities within the area such as the Vera Aqua Park, Vera bull-ring, scuba diving, walking, horse riding, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc.
The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is just 2 hours drive away. |
