Downstairs poolside terrace: large private swimming pool (11 x 5) with roman end, pool shower, sun loungers, table tennis, gas bbq, table and chairs, outside toilet and pool house/bar.
This is a very secluded, walled area with orange, lemon and fig trees.
There is ample parking on the driveway.

The villa is only available for holiday rentals from 21st July to 1st September and over Christmas. |
| Local activities: |
The villa is only 20 minutes drive from both the championship golf course – Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort and only 5 minutes from the Marina Golf Course. The area has many activities including the Vera water park, bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc.
The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 5 minute drive from the villa or a 20 minute walk and the village of Mojacar is within walking distance.
