The light and airy accommodation, which has ceiling fans throughout, comprises: lounge/dining room with wood burning fire, video, CD/tape player and satellite TV. An archway leads through to the fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fitted washing machine and fridge/freezer. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). The two, ground floor, twin-bedded rooms have views over either foothills, mountains or orange groves. These 2 bedrooms share the family bathroom with twin wash basins, bidet, toilet, bath & over bath shower. The first floor accommodation is totally private and accommodates the double bedded master bedroom with private terrace and en-suite shower room, comprising large shower cubicle, twin wash hand basins, bidet and toilet. The private terrace from the master bedroom has beautiful views over the extensive orange groves and mountains. For your use there is an ample supply of children/family videos, CD's and books. Outside there are 6 sunbeds and an abundance of patio furniture, located in key positions around the grounds and external terraces.

Kitchen - Oven, grill, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Lounge/Diner - Seating for 6 in lounge & diner, CD, tv, satelitte with free-to-air channels (bring own tv card for additional channels) vhs and dvd, as well as a large selection of paperbacks, books, adults & childrens videos, cards & jigsaws. Wood burning fire and exta heating available. Large ceiling fans. (Air-conditioning available at extra cost.)
Bedrooms & Bathrooms - Bedrooms - built in wardrobes, 1 double and 4 single beds, large ceiling fans (air conditioning available at extra cost in master bedroom). Bathrooms - 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) including bidets and twin wash hand basins.
Outside: Gas BBQ, large terracing, ample parking. Large rectangular 10 metre pool with ample seating and sunbeds for 6 people. Private boles run for fun evenings!
Suitability:Children welcome, suitable for Elderly. Sorry - no pets allowed. Smoking allowed.
The small town of Turre, located approx 3kms from the villa has numerous bars and restaurants offering spanish and international cuisine. Mojacar beach, located apx. 7-8 kms from the villa also has an extensive range of restaurants and beach bars.

Almeria airport is 45 minutes easy drive and Alicante, Murcia & Granada airports are apx. 1 hours 30 minutes drive. Easy directions will be forwarded, prior to date of travel.
Weekly euro rates quoted are approximate only as have been converted from uk pounds for this web site using an exchange rate of 1.46 euro to UKP1. For exact pricing please send enquiry to the owners for details of their personal web site. Payment to be made in UK pounds.
Weekly rates are based on a 2 week stay and include electricity, mains water, clean linen and bedding on arrival, cleaning between lets and regular cleaning of swimming pool. For a 1 week stay please add a 10% supplement to the UK Stirling rental rates.
Booking week commences on a Saturday in mid/high season and may be negotiable out of season.
Long lets are available in low season by separate negotiation.

For golfers there are approximately 8 golf courses, both 9 and 18-hole within a short drive. Details of these courses can be found on our personal web sites mentioned above.
Local activities in the area include: horse riding, go-karting, water sports (ski-ing, diving, banana & sausage rides), fishing, walking, tennis and 4 wheel drive and quad mountain tours. For children there is a water park, and the 'Mini Hollywood' safari theme park which has daily 'shoot outs' staged during high season. The setting of the theme park was originally designed and used for Clint Eastwood to produce his spaghetti westerns, in particular 'fistful of dollars', 'a few dollars more' and 'the good, the bad & the ugly'! Obviously some of the above is seasonal.
There are numerous Spanish 'tapas' bars and restaurants offering traditional Spanish and International cuisine which are located at the many nearby villages located within a 5-15 minute drive from the villa.
Open-air markets and bazaars take place most days in the surrounding villages and details of these markets are available at the villa.
There are numeous geographical variations for exploration, coastal coves, inhabited cave villages and inland desert areas.
Villa Angela is an ideal base for those wishing to relax and unwind as it has good access to explore not only the more popular coastal resorts but is also within easy reach of the more traditional inland Spanish villages and towns on Lubrin, Serena, Bedar, Los Gallardos and Turre.
