The modern air-conditioned, two bedroom 1? bath apartments are extremely well appointed and fully self-catering including washing machine. All linen is provided. The kitchens are well equipped with all the conveniences of home including dish-washer, micro-wave, oven/hob, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. (excellent grocery shopping and local markets near by). Lounges are equipped with TV/video and CD player/radio but the real jewel is the large terrace (with retractable awning) that overlooks the swimming pool, tennis court and the Mediterranean Sea!
The views are stunning! The complex has it?s own security staff and electronic entry system and parking is never a problem.

Shopping is close to hand where you?ll find all the essentials in San Juan de los Terreros and a more extensive selection to be found in nearby Aguilas (5 miles). The wonderful town of Aguilas is a vibrant old Spanish fishing port that boasts excellent shopping and restaurants that are open year round.
