This 2 bedroom apartment is on the quieter outskirts of this small fishing town, but within 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and just a 3 minute walk from vast unspoilt beaches. Golf lovers will be delighted at the nearest golf course being just 5 minutes drive away. There is a new Aqua Park only a 10 minute drive away and the marina is only a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Garrucha also has a wide selection of shops, banks, dental and medical facilities.
Garrucha is just a very short 3km from the seaside town and village of Mojacar.

Pool officially opens from 15th April until 15th October.
Linen and towels are provided apart from tea towels and a washing up cloth.
The apartment will be ready for occupancy from 15:00 on your arrival day, please vacate the apartment before 10:00 on your departure day.
We would prefer your bookings to start on a Saturday during Med and High season.

| Local activities: |
Garrucha is a typical working Spanish fishing town in the region of Andalucia. The local fishing boats leave the harbour in the morning and return that evening between 17:00 and 18:30, unload their catch and auction it off in the fish market to the local fish restaurants. It is fantastic to see this happening and you are welcome to wander around the auction as it happens.
There are all the required shops, a supermarket, butchers, grocers, hardware shops, clothes shops, a few shoe shops (for the ladies!) pharmacy, several banks, good selection of restaurants and a couple of ice cream parlours. Whatever you want, you'll be able to get it in Garrucha!
Every Friday (unless there is a fiesta) there is a very big market that runs along two parallel streets of about 500m each.
There are no package holiday operators coming here, and we personally hope that they will never start coming here.
The apartment is on a small urbanisation at the Mojacar end of Garrucha just behind the medieval Fort the King Charles II of Spain built to defend this area of Spain from invasion.
