Completed in April 2005, this 3 bedroom townhouse has an enviable location on the Playa Paraiso complex. It is within a 30 mins drive from Murcia airpot (San Javier) & approx one hours drive from Alicante airport,via the motorway(autovia).There are plenty of daily flights from the UK with many of the low cost airlines.
The house is fully air-conditioned with cold/warm air & both bathrooms are heated.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven/ceramic hob, microwave,kettle,toaster,fridge/freezer.
There is a double and a twin bedroom on the 1st floor, both with balconies, the front bedroom has a sea & pool view. There is a twin room downstairs to the rear of the property.
a large bathroom with over head shower is on the first floor and downstairs is the second barhroom with fully enclosed shower. Towels are provided - please provide your own beach/pool towels.
Garden furniture: patio table with 6 chairs and parasol, deck chairs, sun loungers and barbeque.
Ample car parking spaces available outside front of house.
The Mar Menor beach is only 3 mins walk,it's shallow and calm warm water makes it ideal for children. It is also perfect for a whole range of water sports.

The charming fishing village,Cabo De Palos with it's unique19th century lighthhouse, is only 5 mins drive and has superb harbour restaurants with locally caught fresh fish & seafood to whet your appetite.
The liveley village of Los belones, is a short distance away, with its many bars and restaurants.
A car is recommended as La Manga resort covers quite a large area and there are many other places of interest to visit.
Calblanque Hills & nature reserve is 10 mins drive away with some of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches anywhere in Spain!

Jet-skiing, go-karting, fishing, kite surfing, cycling, pedalos,snorkelling,sailing,windsurfing, La Manga Golf & Tennis club. There are many other Golf courses and Tennis courts for you to use. There are also several new Golf courses under construction between La Manga and Alicante.
La Manga strip is a narrow sleeve of land 14 miles long with Mediterranean beaches on one side and the Mar Menor on the other – in some places only a few yards apart! Along the strip there are hundreds of restaurants, bars & shops, all within a few minutes drive.
There is an outdoor cinema during the summer months 3mins walk away.
Murcia and Cartagena both have excellent shopping centres and there is a market every day of the week in a nearby village. 5 mins drive, 15 minutes cycle ride from the villa is the best market at Cabo de Palos, by the harbour, on a Sunday morning, selling everything from fresh fruit, vegetables, vast range of shoes and handbags, clothes and more!
Horse riding is available near to the La Manga club or nearby Los Belones.
For the best and busiest nightlife visit La Manga strip - 5 minutes away by car.
