Bedroom 1 with en-suite & double bed and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 & 3 are twin rooms.
All bedroom have built in double wardrobes.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with a bath & shower over.
Upstairs there is a further shower room.
Downstairs there is also a shower room.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a dishwasher, 4 plate electric hob, oven & grill and a large fridge/freezer.
Utility Room: The washing machine is located in the utility room along with the mop & bucket, ironing board & iron, dustpan & brush and clothes airer.
Living Room: The Living room has a dining table & seating for 6 people. There is a comfortable sofa bed which will sleep 2 people.
Other: Large upstairs sun terrace with magnificent views over the golf course.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels & linen are included for each week booked. If mid-week clean or a linen change are required these can be made available at an extra cost.

The Golf Course on the Resort is a 5 minute walk away to the Golf Shop and the first tee. The course is brand new and has only been open a few months. The course is unique because it winds its way amongst the villas. You will need a handicap certificate to play. There are many golf resorts in the region with 3 championship courses at La Manga club a 20 minute drive & also many local clubs.
The resort has a Social club with a communal pool, poolside bar, restaurant, Medical facility, Hairdressers, supermarket. |
