This three (doubles/twins) bedroom, two Bathroom house sleeps 6-8 and is a 25 minute drive from Murcia airport or about an hour from Alicante.It has access to a communal pool, and the long wide beach is a 3 minute stroll away. A seven minute drive away is the La Manga Golf & Tennis resort. Twenty minutes walk along the Beach is the start of the La Manga strip, with its many Bars & Restaurants.The beautiful fishing port of Cabo De Palos is 5 mins drive away,with it's many seafood restaurants. |

The La Manga strip is about twenty minutes walk away along the beach or only a few minutes in the car. There are plenty shops, bars & restaurants there. Of course you can’t give the small picturesque fishing port of Cabo De Palos a miss. Here Fishermen off-load their catches straight into the restaurants. A must for fish lovers. Again this is only a few minutes drive away. The lively village of Los Belones, is a short distance away, with its many bars and restaurants.
If all the water activities on the Mar Menor or the beach aren’t your thing, we also share a large Swimming pool with an extensive sun-bathing area with our neighbours. Feel free to use this whenever you like.
The property also benefits from it's own exclusive parking space, directly in front of the house.
The La Manga hotel & sports complex is a mere 7 minute drive away. It has amongst other things. Three Championship Golf Courses, numerous Tennis Courts, Swimming Pools, Restaurants & Bars. The Golf & Tennis courts are bookable but there are numerous others in the general area. You should never be bored in La Manga.
A car is recommended as the resort of La Manga covers a huge area, and there are so many places to visit. |

This is a three bed-roomed, two bath-roomed house, in a small quiet residential area, Playa Paraiso (Paradise Beach) and will sleep 6-8 people comfortably.
There are two upstairs bedrooms,[ twin or double], & both have balconies/sun terraces.The downstairs bedroom, again twin or double, looks onto the back sun terrace. There is also a double sofa bed in the large lounge.
There is a large family bathroom upstairs,with a full size bath and overhead shower. Downstairs is a separate toilet/shower room.Towels are provided, but we ask you bring your own beach/pool towels.
The large well furnished lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, a dining table for 6 people, and a 32 inch colour TV, 30 sky channels and a DVD player. This leads out onto the spacious front sun terrace, which is west facing, and is ideal for those who like to eat al fresco & enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down.
The kitchen is fully furnished with electric oven & hob & full height Fridge/Freezer. There is a rear terrace which houses the washing machine and retractable clothes line. An ironing board and iron is also supplied.
As you look left out of the house, the Calblanque Hills & nature reserve is 10 mins drive away with some of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches anywhere in spain! To the right are the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediteranean.

Apart from the nearby La Manga Golf & Tennis club.
There are many other Golf courses and Tennis courts for you to use. There are also several new Golf courses under construction between La Manga and Alicante.
There are numerous water sports available on the Mar Menor, including Wind & Kite surfing along with Sailing and Jet Ski hire. 5 minutes walk from the house is one of Spains top national GoKart tracks. you can hire all levels of Kart here!!!
Horse riding is available near to the La Manga club or nearby Los Belones. |
