This privately owned house is situated on the beautiful bay of Roses with a back drop of the Pyrenees. It is easily accessible from the channel ports by the French motorway system, and is only 30 mins from the French/Spanish border, a total drive of about 12 hours. There are budget flights to Barcelona, Girona and Perpignan.
Within 10mins of the house you will find a waterpark, windsurfing watersports, walking, cycling, skydiving,riding and fishing. There are 7 golf courses within 45 mins or less, or you can relax on one of the many safe sandy beaches.

The house is in a residential area and has a shared pool. shops bars and beaches are all easily reached on foot or by car. It has 3 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor, one twin and one double on the first floor. There is a lounge/diner with a galley kitchen. Facilities include TV/sat/dvd/video. Freezer,dishwasher,microwave, fridge, oven, gas hob etc. |
