The end of terrace house offers comfortable well equipped accommodation suitable forall year occupation. It is fully furnished with seating for 6 persons, a wood burning stove and radiators for winter use, satellite t.v., vcr, cd player, books,videos and board games. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, full oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a high chair, travel cot and stair gate for families. There is a terrace off the main bedroom on the first floor, and two enclosed terraces at ground level, with sun blind, sun umbrella and patio furniture with barbecue. There is an outside tap for cleaning beach gear, golf clubs, etc. Parking is outside the house. |

L'Escala is a gourmet capital, famous for its fish dishes. It is one mile from the house and offers every amenity: restaurants, banks, shops, free evening entertainment in high season. Safe sandy Blue Flag beaches are 200 yards from the house. Greek/Roman ruins are allaround the house. The Pyrenees are 30 minutes drive away. Girona Ariport is 45 minutes and Perpignan 1 hour. Barcelona is about 90 minutes drive. The Medas Isles are within easy reach for divers. |

Saturday changeover preferred in high season but flexible at other times. Baby sitting and trsnsfers to/from airports or rail station can be arranged. |
