A refundable damage cheque of ?100 is required returned after satisfactory inspection. Transfer by car directly to apartment (and return) 40? each way. (up to 4 people) Children Allowed, Suitable for Elderly, Wheelchair Accessible There is a service charge of ?10.00 per week in winter, i.e. October to March Cleaning is 60? to be left in the apartment.

Torrevieja averages 320 days of sunshine per year. The beaches carry the European Blue Flag Award and are safe for children. The town has a variety of shops with many restaurants and tapas bars. On Fridays Torrevieja hosts one of the largest markets in Europe. The promenade and Marina is a must for people watchers. Car hire is not necessary as everything is on the doorstep.
