The apartment is part of a small 3-storey development of only 32 properties, which all share the large pool. Being on the first and second floors means that the views from all rooms are unrestricted across vines, orange and olive trees, almond groves and friendly mountains. The master bedroom upstairs is a delight, with en-suite bathroom and solarium outside within the roof area where you can enjoy the sun in peace and privacy. All the other rooms are on the floor below.
The family bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed, and has easy access to the large family shower room.
The roomy, fully-tiled kitchen has cooker, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and large serving area to the lounge.Washing machine is in its own cupboard area to minimise noise.
Lounge with TV.(Terrestrial English stations), leather suite and pine dining table and chairs, opens out onto a balcony with more dining facilities. Paperbacks and board games.
Apartment is heated by eco-friendly radiators in Winter, and cooled by mountain breezes in Summer.

The Jal?n Valley is a very popular part of the Costa Blanca, being well documented as having the "healthiest" air in all Europe! Visitors to the coastal towns come to the Valley to eat - it's famous for its good food and restaurants. Sandy beaches at Calpe, Javea, Moraira and Denia are all about half an hour away by car. |

Golf, horseriding, discovering mountain villages with delicious food that won't break the bank, safari parks, prehistoric caves, flamenco dancing shows, bull ring, waterfall walks, diving, snorkling, etc., etc.. Then there's Benidorm with its 4 theme parks, beaches, shopping, markets, casino, and famous Benidorm Palace with the largest stage in Europe. Valencia is beautiful and has a brand new "City of arts and sciences". Alicante has modern museums and a castle to visit, and 40mins away perched on a mountaintop is Guadalest, the most visited tourist site in Spain.
Walk to the small town square in Ll?ber in 5mins, and sit in the sun to sample the tapas and cool beer. Shops include well-stocked grocery shops, chemist, butcher, bakery, and bank. There are 2 bar-restaurants and a third bar! Often there is a fiesta in the summer, where bulls run through village streets and bands play into the small hours of the next morning for al fresco dancing.
Walk to Jal?n in 15mins for breakfast! Or to one of the 2 weekly markets, or to visit the wine museum, or one of the famous bodegas where wine is made from the Valley grapes and is sold at amazingly cheap prices. |
