This beautiful ground floor apartment has a comfortable lounge/dining area with sofa bed for extra sleeping. It has one double bedroom and one twinbedded room both with fitted wardrobes. Bathroom is fully tiled and has a toilet, bidet, bath and shower. All rooms have ceiling fans and there is a gas heater for colder evenings! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven&hob, iron and ironing board. The apartment has a front garden and secluded back patio, both with patio tables and chairs. Sun loungers are also supplied. |

For in-house entertainment there is a television that receives english channels including sky sports, a video and DVD player. Also CD/radio cassette player, games and cards are supplied. A book is available with details of local beaches, restaurants, taxi services etc. Everything for home to home comfort. There are also two fishing rods for any fishermen (wonderful fishing from the beahces!) Linnen, towels and beach towels are supplied. There is also a hairdryer and adapter plugs. |

The owners of several apartments upstairs and to the sides are known to me so larger parties can be accomodated in several properties.

?80 deposit is required at time of booking refundable upon completion of holiday. 30% deposit secures booking remaining 70% and 50 euros for the cleaning and laundry payable 6 weeks prior to holiday. Xmas and Easter weeks are High Season price. |

The Florida golf complex is on the golfers paradise of Villamartin with three championship golf courses, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin, all with good social as well as playing facilities. There are several safe, blue flag sandy beaches ten minutes drive from the apartment all with beach bars and childrens play equipment. Ten minutes drive to the bustling town of Torreveija, a water theme park, bowling alley, cinema, go-karting, horseriding, tennis and water sports and lots more! Ideal for any type of holiday! |
