A popular resort boasting 7 blue flag beaches and surrounded by two natural water lagoons, home to a variety of wildlife and flamingos. Traditional evening markets, as well as flamboyant local fiestas, add to the town?s natural charm.
GUARDAMAR
The picturesque town of Guardamar, situated on the river Segura, is surrounded by dunes, shrubs, eucalyptus plants, orange and lemon groves. Its main attraction is the 11km stretch of natural golden sand with a backdrop of shady pine forests. The forest is part of a beautiful nature reserve and is an ideal place for cool walks and picnics. An evening stroll along the tree lined promenade brings you to the craft market and funfair.
