Sleeps 5 comfortably, 2 big bedrooms (one with optional 'z' bed) and double sofa bed in lounge, 1 bathroom, sun balcony & private garden. The property shares a large pool.
Villa layout Overlooking the Moraira valley and bay area on a very small, quiet residential development of just fifteen properties. Fifteen metre shared pool with terrace, BBQ area, toilets and shower. The entrance level upper floor comprises kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and separate lounge with patio doors opening on to the balcony. Downstairs are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, large covered terrace and secluded garden area for sun bathing. The south facing balcony and downstairs garden have sun all day.
Villa Sol is eight minutes from Moraira's fantastic family-friendly beaches, restaurants and marina. Three minutes from the charming market town of Teulada. More excellent beaches at Javea, Denia, Calpe and Altea 10-20 minutes away.
Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday. |
