This brand new apartment block has just been completed, the first of three swimming pools will be complete by June 2007. The other fantastic facilities which will be on offer include, a further two swimming pools (indoor and out) with a spa, gym and social club area, on target to be completed by the end of the Summer. The apartment block is within easy walking distance to the restaurants and bars at La Envia Golf Hotel and Country Club. A very select shopping complex is currently being built making it a perfect all year round holiday destination for your self-catering holiday.

The village itself nestles in a beautifully scenic valley in the magnificent mountains of Vicar. The apartment has stunning views and overlooks the excellent 18 hole La Envia Golf Course.

The region retains an African flavour, imbibed from that continent which is a short distance away across the Mediterranean. Inland, Almeria is rather barren and arid, and boasts Europe's only desert region around the village of Tabernas, which has been used as the location for several western movies. In the east the lunar-landscaped Cabo de Gato-Nijar nature reserve with its rugged coastline, attracts hikers, birders and scuba divers.
