The apartment is less than three years old and is situated between Mojacar Playa and Garrucha. The beach is a ten minute walk away and offers 10kms of unspoilt coastline to enjoy.
Close by is the charming old Moorish 'pueblo' of Mojacar set high on a hill with extensive views of the sea and surrounding mountains.
The apartment is fully furnished and comes with air conditioning and heating for those chillier winter evenings. |

Both bedrroms have twin beds and the lounge has a double sofa bed.
The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge freezer and microwave. To the rear there is a washroom with basin and washing machine.

| Additional information: |
All bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided, however we ask that guesta provide their own beach towels.
Guesta are free to use the sun parasols, body boards and other beach equipment - we just ask that they are replaced should they be lost or damaged. |

Within a five minute walk of the apartment is the Marina De La Torre golf course - an excellent course with plenty of challenging holes and soem vertigo inducing tees!
A short drive away are the courses of Valle de Este and Torre.
For the non golfers Garrucha has an excellent karting track and just outside Vera is a large Aqua Parc. The Cabo De Gata national park is just a 15 minute drive away. This is a beautiful area of rugged volcanic (now extinct) coastline that provides wonderful walking and diving opportunities. |
