This duplex penthouse apartment caters for 6 adults and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is 1 double bedroom upstairs which leads onto the sun terrace through large patio doors. Upstairs, there is also 1 single/twin bedroom which also has double patio doors which lead onto the sun terrace.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Downstairs you have the well equipped American style kitchen. In the kitchen you have a washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and toaster.
You also have the lounge/diner with 2 large comfortable couches. There are 2 double sets of patio doors downstairs leading from the lounge/diner to the covered lower terrace. The dining table seats 4 people inside and there is patio furniture on the lower terrace that caters for six people to eat "al Fresco". We have air conditioning in the lounge area for summer which also heats during winter months if required. Please only use if the doors are closed.
There is the downstairs single/twin bedroom which faces to the rear/north of the property.
The downstairs bathroom also has a shower over the bath.

The huge 60 metre communal swimming pool also has a childrens pool and play area. This is set in a pleasant grassed garden for sunbathers, parasols are provided.
Tennis court and table tennis to the rear of the property.
Golf clubs can be hired in the Resort's hotel. |

| Local activities: |
Large local market held in El Ejido on the 1st 3 Wednesday's in the month.
The large holiday resort of Roquetas de Mar is only 15 mins drive away.
There is horse riding in the vicinity of the local nature reserve.
Almerimar's beaches and marina are approximately a 20 minute walk away from the apartment.
There is a large hypermarket about 10 minutes away by car with plenty of shops and restaurants in Almerimar itself.
The city of Granada with it's Alhambra Palace is only 2 hours drive away.
You can have a fun packed day out for all the family at the place where the spaghetti westerns were made "Mini Hollywood" only an hour and a half away by car.
If your hobby is bird watching as well as golf you can do this locally in the large nature reserve at Almerimar.
Also, in the Winter/Spring months you may like to go skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountain rangewhich is only an hour away by car.
