The self contained apartment is on two floors with the twin bedroom and open plan living area opening onto a sun terrace on the upper floor. On the lower floor is the double bedroom and bathroom.
The property overlooks the swimming pool to the front and a larger sun terrace and dining area to the side.
The house is situated on the edge of the village with a small shop and bar only 5 minutes walk away. The village also has a Pharmacy. |

Huercal Overa's fiesta is in October and is well known throughout the area along with the Easter celebrations. |
