The apartment can sleep 6, plus infant. Bedroom one has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom two has 2 single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. A travel cot is also available. There are 2 bathrooms one en-suite with bath, the other with shower.
The well-appointed lounge/diner has 2 sofa?s, dining table to seat 6 and has English TV, available T.V. channels: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, CH4, CH5, UKGold, Sky One, Sky Movies, Sky News, Sky Sport 1, Sky Sport 2. Other equipment includes DVD/VCR player, CD stereo with plenty of CD's, video's, DVD's, book's and board games.
Stairs in the lounge lead to the private roof top terrace, which enjoys view of the pools, sea and mountains. Either shade or sun can be found most times of the day on the roof terrace. Patio furniture, BBQ and sunloungers are provided. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace that overlooks the pools and gardens.
The kitchen is a good size and well appointed with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The utility room has a washer dryer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is situated on a small complex with 2 swimming pools surrounded by landscaped gardens. The complex is very much for families or couples, no noisey nightclubs close by. It is close to a new commercial centre with a well stocked supermarket, internet cafe/bar, terrace bar, cafe and shops. |

The Almeria region is the southern most provice of Spain, boasting 322 days of sunshine a year. Puerto Rey is situated between the fishing towns of Garrucha and Villaricos and close to the ancient moorish town of Mojacar, beautiful white houses set back in the hills. The area is well catered for the golfer with 3 new courses within a 20 minute drive of the apartment, Valle de Este, Marina Golf and the new exciting Desert Springs.
Puerto Rey is a small traditional Spanish urbanisation with easy walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach with safe bathing great for the kids. Puerto Rey is not far from the larger town of Vera with it's weekly Saturday market in the street's. For those who really want to participate in the Spanish culture, Vera has it's own Bull Ring !
The apartment is 15 minutes from the motorway with good links to Almeria (45 minutes), Murcia (1hs 30 minutes) and Alicante (1hr 45 minutes) airports. Full directions from any of these airports can be provided. Airport transfers available.

Just a 5 min walk from La Aldea is the recently opened Sports & Leisure centre, which offers excellent facilities for adults and children. It has a state of the art Gymnasium, which can be used on a casual daily rate basis. Golf driving range, Paddle tennis & Crazy golf. All equipment can be hired at reasonable rates. Downstairs there is a Caf?/Bar where you can eat or just have a drink. You can either sit inside or out on the Terrace. The caf?/bar is open during the day & evening. It offers a snack menu, plus a very reasonably priced 3-course menu of the day. The bar also has a pool table and darts board. Upstairs is a full restaurant offering lunch time and evening dining. The Aqua park is just five minutes drive from the complex.
