Positioned on a secure locked complex with 24hr mobile security and monitored alarm system the villa has landscaped gardens and a 9x4 private pool with spectacular views over looking the 3rd Tee and out towards the mountains.
Villa Algorfa is a luxury holiday villa located on the Costa Blanca’s finest golf course “La Finca”. The villa boasts its own large 9x4 pool with built in fountain and drinks table positioned in well-stocked gardens and is front line to the 3rd tee with fantastic views to the mountains beyond.
The villa has a sumptuous spacious family lounge and dining area with magnificent views from every window. The kitchen is fully equipped with all built in appliances and granite work tops.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms the master bedroom which is a mezzanine level benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom and terrace over looking the pool and golf course, there is a further family bathroom on the ground floor as is the two other bedrooms one of which over looks the pool.
This is an extremely well furnished villa with large wall mounted flat screen TV and is finished to a high standard that is very modern but still retains Spanish charm with open plan design incorporating high wooden beamed ceilings and white marble floors, all rooms have air conditioning for your comfort.
Step out of the lounge onto the terrace and enjoy al-fresco dining amongst the lovely garden and pool area, the villa also has the use of a large communal pool and garden area.

La Finca, Algorfa
La Finca is situated in the heart of the Southern Costa Blanca. This beautiful region has an extraordinary variety of beaches, coves and nature reserves in addition to the Mar Menor, Europe ’s largest saltwater lagoon. Boasting an exceptional climate of more than 320 sunny days a year and an average temperature of 21 degrees, this environment enables you to participate in outdoor activities all year round.
La Finca can be easily reached from two international airports, Alicante and San Javier (Murcia ) (within 35 minutes) and is 15 minutes from the beautiful Mediterranean coast.
The complex is situated close to the quaint Spanish village of Algorfa and is surrounded by orange and lemon groves. The Orihuela rock provides a stunning backdrop and is a focal point for the panoramic views.
Currently there is one 18 hole championship golf course, but it is understood that a further 18 hole course has been approved and construction is scheduled to commence shortly. There is a large practice area, well equipped professional shop, bar and restaurant, which has the reputation of serving some of the best cuisine in the local area. These facilities provide a wonderful environment for relaxing with friends and family.
There is a superb new Clubhouse nearing completion that will further enhance the facilities on offer. Construction of a brand new 5 Star hotel has recently commenced and in the fullness of time will provide the resort with full Country Club amenities.
The newly opened Commercial Centre, with bars, restaurants, local Banks, supermarket and future coming outlets is only a ten minute walk from the villa.
