The Villa is very well equipped for modern living and has everything you need for a comfortable home from home feel, with 10 cable channels, including movie and sport channes to enhance your entertaining pleasure, also, there's a DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances to prepare a gourmet meal. It has air conditioning upstairs & downstairs, which dbl's as a heater when required. There are two bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, with showers and storage cabinets.
The layout of the villa leaves the master bedroom on the upstairs terrace self contained.
The shared pool is right next to the villa and is rarely used for most of the day, so you can often have it to yourself, it also has an area suitable for small children. A wecome pack will be provided, to help you recover from your journey.

Almoradi town is a short walk away, so you can enjoy an evening meal and go to the local bars without having to drive home.
Almoradi ia a thriving Spanish town away from the main tourist resorts, it's a semi rural town, surrounded by orange and lemon groves and is known throughout Spain for its furniture making.The town has loads of cafes, tapas bars, restaurants, night clubs and shops. There's also a popular Saturday market which takes over most of the town square each week, it's not to be missed. Also, there's a lovely square, flanked by an old beautiful church, which is the focus of the town.
The villa is a 15 minute drive to Guadamar and La Marina beaches. and also benefits from being just a 35 minute drive to Alicante and Murcia airports. Can arrange return pick up service from the airport, as well as trips to the local beach, shops and places of interest, at an affordable price. |
