Outside the patio area contains flowering plants plus a table and 4 chairs. The verandah, which is lit at night, has a cane and glass table and 2 cane chairs.
Moving inside to the air-conditioned sunny lounge area, there is a 3 seater sofa (which is also a double sofa bed) chair, lamp, coffee table, rug and pictures.
For your entertainment there is a Satellite TV (with UK & Sky channels), DVD and Hi Fi. In addition there is a selection of CD’s and DVD’s for you to use as well as a portable Hi Fi system, first aid kit, books and a guest information file.
The dining area features a pine wall unit and mirror plus a dining table and 4 chairs.
The sunny galley kitchen contains oven, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hoover and airer plus the all important wine rack! There is also a separate utility area just off of the kitchen. The owner has also thoughtfully provided a cool bag for your use when going to the beach.
The handy downstairs shower room contains shower, basin, WC plus a mirror with lights above.
Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, the beautifully furnished master bedroom is also air-conditioned and features a double bed, pictures, lamps, bedside cabinets, double built in wardrobe plus mirror and 6 drawer matching pine chest.
For your use there is also an alarm clock and patio doors lead to a small private balcony. For winter lets there is heating in addition to the reversible air-con units.
The second bedroom, again air-conditioned, contains twin beds, pictures, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, lamp, plus drawer unit and mirror. There is also an alarm clock in this bedroom as well.
The main bathroom contains a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin and mirror. From this floor, stairs lead to the roof terrace which contains 4 sunloungers, a table and 4 chairs, plus a large parasol and BBQ.
From here there are views to the mountains and the lovely pool and gardens behind.
With just a short 15 minute walk to the stunning beach and a 5 minute walk to a varied selection of bars and restaurants, this really is a superb family holiday property!
