It has been very well furnished and fully equipped to provide all the comforts you need to make your stay a memorable one.
The villa has an established walled garden and from the gate a few steps go up to the front covered terrace and entrance door. This opens into the the light and airy lounge with sofa and two chairs to the left and the separate dining area to the right.
An archway leads through to the independent, very well fitted and equipped kitchen and a further archway takes you to the main bathroom and two of the bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other double, both have fitted wardrobes. Off the lounge is the spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room. All the rooms have ceiling fans and the lounge/diner has the benefit of air conditioning.
Outside is a large patio with furniture and sun loungers to laze away the day or enjoy the delights of dining al fresco using the gas or coal BBQ's which are provided. Also outside is a utility room housing the washing machine and private parking with car port. The large community pool is just a few paces across from the villa.

Local water park 10 minutes by car.
The Club House with restaurants, bars and supermarkets is only a 5 minute walk and within 10 minutes you can reach a Pizzeria, Chinese/Thai and Spanish restaurants. The Spanish market town of Rojales is only two minutes by car with many bars, restaurants, supermarket shops and festivals. To reach the long Sandy beaches of Guardamar takes approx ten minutes by car and well worth many visits, the airports of Alicante/Murcia are only 45 minutes drive.
