Furnished to a high standard throughout, it includes hot/cold air conditioning fitted in the master bedroom and lounge, dining area. The spacious lounge is furnished with sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table and 30 channel digital TV/radio with unit and a dining table and chairs. There is also a W/C & shower room leading off of the lounge.
There is fully fitted kitchen which leads out to the rear garden; this is fully tiled and is an ideal place to lie on the provided sun-loungers to soak up the sun and watch the children playing. The walled rear garden overlooks and has access the gated communal gardens and large swimming pool. There is also separate childrens pool.
There is also a private stoned garden to the front of the property and includes a shaded front porch to sit on those hot afternoons. The master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes with ample storage space, it also has its own balcony which has partial views to the salt lakes. The second bedroom to the rear has twin beds and fitted wardrobes and a balcony which overlooks the communal gardens and pool areas.
The third bedroom is just off the lounge area and over looks the rear garden it is fitted with twin beds with side unit and a chest off draws.
The main bathroom is very spacious and fitted with large corner bath with shower, bidet, w/c and vanity sink unit.

The house is situated on Spain's Costa Blanca about 30 minutes drive south of Alicante. The area is renowned for its fabulous beaches (10 minutes by car) Golf courses and year round sunshine. Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful place for a relaxing or a family holiday but is also just 10 minutes from the resort towns of Guardamar and, La Mata. It is also an ideal base to explore the many attractions in the region, including water parks (one in Quesada itself), Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm 50 minutes drive, crazy golf, go-carting, fun fair, nature reserves, walking trails and boasts 12 superb golf courses all within easy traveling distance ~ two within a ten minute drive from the house at La Marquesa and La Finca. The city of Alicante is 40 minutes drive and Cartegena/Murcia 50 minutes.'.
