The house has an outside terrace with a patio table and chairs and also a garden area perfect for using the barbecue provided.
In the lounge is a three seater sofa, which is also a sofa bed, an armchair, coffee table and a sideboard in which you will find books, cards and boardgames. There is satellite TV with UK stations. The dining area has seating for four. There are ceiling fans and electric heaters for the winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle and toaster. Through the kitchen is a separate utility area with a sink. Also on the groundfloor is a toilet and shower-room.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with double wardrobes with storage drawers under. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead out onto a private balcony which overlooks the pool and woodland. The main bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and bidet.
The house is only 10 minutes from Alicante airport and a 3 minute drive to beautiful sandy beaches.
Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just a short walk away. |
