This is a brand new 2 bedroom apartment on the edge of the quiet town of Rojales. The two bedrooms consist of a double and a twin both with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer and oven/hob. There is a sofa bed in the lounge, which means it can accommodate six people. The lounge also has a dining table and chairs, satellite TV, which has all of the English channels and a CD/radio. The large patio doors lead out onto the balcony with excellent views over the countryside and a spiral staircase, which takes you up to the large rooftop solarium, an ideal place for private sunbathing.
The apartment comes fitted with ceiling fans, which help to keep it cool even in the height of summer.

A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance 6 weeks before departure along with a ?100 security deposit. A 35 euro cleaning fee is paid to the key holder on arrival. Any damage must be reported to the key holder immediately. |

The Costa Blanca or ?White Coast? is one the most popular holiday locations in Spain. There really is something for everyone from the lively nightlife of the resorts, the beautiful beaches that run virtually the whole length of the coast to the surviving old towns that lie just inland.
Alicante is the regions second largest town. It?s a mixture of the old and the new with the narrow streets of the old quarter next to the very Spanish nightlife in the many bars and clubs. There are castles, museums, beaches and even boat trips to a local island making this an ideal destination for a day out.
Rojales itself is a small friendly town a few minutes inland from the coast and either side of the Rio Segura. Whilst its away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal resorts it still has everything you?ll need for a memorable holiday. There are a host of bars, clubs, restraints and shops nearby.
The town itself is surrounded by orange groves and countryside and the river runs right to the coast which makes it a great place to walk or bike ride.
Local activities include karting, water parks and horse riding. If golf is your thing then you?re in luck! There are five golf course set in beautiful surroundings all within a few minutes drive making this an ideal location for a golfing holiday.
The nearby Salinas de Torrevieja are home to a host of wildlife including flamingos and there are several other places within easy reach for the wildlife enthusiast to enjoy Spains varied fauna and flora.
All in all this part of Spain takes some beating whatever type of holiday you are looking for.
